We welcome articles, interviews and book/film reviews in both English and French of up to 1500 words. Submissions for the print edition are longer, up to 2500 words. To submit your article, please send us your piece (Word document or Google doc) or pitch (150 words max) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions for the website are accepted on an ongoing basis. The deadline for submissions to the print edition is 20 March 2017. Please see below for this semester’s theme.
While we welcome articles that are inspired by your papers to the magazine, please bear in mind that The Paris Globalist is an international affairs magazine. Therefore, your submission should be written for a magazine audience rather than as an academic piece.
We also welcome photos, cartoons, creative works and infographics for our website on any topic relevant to international affairs.
The theme for the spring 2017 issue of The Paris Globalist is “The World in Crisis.” In 2017, we are realizing that many ongoing conflicts and struggles have turned into genuine crises, while new crises have emerged, threatening the world order and globalization. We are looking for articles that tackle global crises, whether locally, nationally, regionally or internationally.
If interested, please submit your article to email@example.com not later than 20 March 2017.
